This recipe couldn’t be easier.. They could be made with boneless or bone-in ribs. Racks of ribs were on sale at my local grocery store so that’s what I went with! The meat was tender and very flavorful!
Have a little extra BBQ sauce on hand to top the ribs with before serving.
Happy crocking!
Ingredients
3-4 lbs pork ribs
1 large onion sliced
1 12 oz can Coke
1 1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle)
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
Slice the onion and place in bottom of the crock pot. Cut the rack of ribs into individual pieces. Place on top of onions. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on top of the ribs. Pour the Coke into the bottom of the crock pot and drizzle the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-7. Remove ribs from the crockpot and serve with your favorite sides!
